Company Man

A period narrative set in the coal mines of Birmingham, ‘Company Man’ tells a story of power and fear that compelled the bold choice in look. Working closely with DP Yann De Moerloose, we crafted a nuanced palette of reds, golds, and greys. We weren’t afraid to lean into the darkness of the story - shadows fall naturally into inky blacks, and precise textural work enhances the naturally gritty characters and setting.

Nashville Children's Alliance | Parallels

A narrative short for the non-profit Nashville Children’s Alliance, ‘Parallels’ is a story of trauma through a unique lens. We created an intimate, interior look for the piece that morphs as our character changes. Parallel storylines gave a unique opportunity to further heighten different emotions through color.

The Art of the Drive | Bridgestone

A kinetic, polished love story between Lamborghini and Bridgestone tires. Precisely lensed by DP Sean Kirby, the film seamlessly flows between adrenaline-inducing racing and a classical art gallery. We leaned into a moody, rich palette that tastefully blends browns, cyans, and the steely greys of the featured Lamborghini, while also creating cohesion across the four different camera systems used.

Fujifilm 'Magic City' Commercial

We had a blast grading this piece about the city we so fiercely love. Shot on the brand-new Fujifilm Eterna 55, we were among the first to truly put this camera’s image through its paces. Gorgeously lensed by local DP Caleb Zorn, we refined and shaped the piece with direct input from both DP and Director, who sat in on the session. An elevated, almost magical look was finally settled on as fitting the tone and title of the film.
